Southeast Asia

March is 5-week month in Thailand so I used the extra time to side trip through Southeast Asia. I loved being able to share a little piece of what feels like home with the f(r)amily.

Bangkok, Thailand- it had been almost 10 years since I've visited, and I was amazed at how much has changed while still preserving the beautiful history, and characteristics of old Siam. The big city vibes, and night markets contained so much energy.
Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam- this was my 10th visit and I was very excited to spend quality time with my family who lives in Vietnam, and to see my parents who were visiting from the US. I brought along 14 friends, and we arrived just in time to celebrate the Lunar New Year in true Vietnamese & Nguyen fashion.
Siem Reap, Cambodia- a bucket list destination for a quite some time. We spent our time working, visiting all the ancient temples including the magnificent Angkor Wat, and visiting the waterfalls at Koulen Mountain.
